SIMBA (FRENCH BULLDOG)
“Connor provided exceptional guidance for me and my family as we learned how to train our French Bulldog, Simba.
Within just a few days of working with Connor, Simba began responding reliably to basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” Connor also taught us effective crate-training techniques, and before long, Simba was sleeping comfortably through the night in his crate.
What really stood out, though, was how patient and thoughtful Connor was throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand Simba’s personality, our family’s routine, and the specific challenges we were facing. He explained why each technique mattered, not just how to do it, which made it so much easier for us to stay consistent and confident at home.
As someone who uses a wheelchair, this experience brought me tremendous peace of mind. Thanks to Connor’s clear instruction and support, I now feel confident that Simba will be safe and well-behaved both inside and outside the home.
Highly recommend!"

HENRY (WHIPPET)
“We reached out to Connor to help with our dog Henry’s pulling on walks and recall when off lead. From the very beginning, Connor showed us how important it is to have the right equipment. We had been using a harness that actually encouraged pulling, and switching to the correct type made a huge difference straight away. Connor then introduced us to simple but effective engagement techniques, focusing on reward, gentle correction, and a small set of clear command words to help Henry understand what was expected. For recall, Connor guided us through using a long lead and taught us the importance of being welcoming and engaging when Henry returned. He explained how high-value rewards and making ourselves more interesting than the surroundings would build Henry’s confidence and responsiveness. Henry has already improved so much, and while we know there’s still progress to be made, we’re incredibly happy with the results so far. It’s clear that Connor genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about helping owners achieve the best for their pets. His training techniques and supportive approach have made a real difference for us”

PEPPER (STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER)
“We were recommended to contact Connor to help us with our 2 year old Staffordshire bull terrier who needed help with walking nicely on lead. We’ve had 1 session up to now and are extremely happy with the results so far. Pepper has had training in the past elsewhere and was slightly traumatised from very harsh training techniques, even shaking at the sight of a slip lead. I was nervous to use a slip lead again with her, however Connor built a great relationship with Pepper early into our session and really gained her trust, after 5 minutes on the lead her tail was wagging and she was way more comfortable. Connor was great at communicating to us what he saw was wrong with the way we were handling Pepper on walks, and provided guidance on how to become more in control and therefore lessen reactivity. Throughout the session we practiced walking with Pepper by our side and stopping her from lunging at other people and dogs with excitement. By the end of the session Pepper was able to sit next to us and Connor, and allow dogs to come close to her without any reactivity - we are really impressed with her progress throughout even 1 session. Thanks Connor, we can’t wait to book in again and will continue to put what we’ve learnt into action, we are looking forward to being able to have nice peaceful walks again without Pepper pulling on the lead!”
